Return & Exchange Policy

At fitncozy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of innerwear, some products may have limited return or exchange options.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is unworn
  • The product is unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged by the customer
  • Exchange request is made within the allowed time
  • The product is eligible for exchange

Hygiene Notice

For customer safety and hygiene reasons, panties, intimate wear, honeymoon collections, opened undergarments, used products, washed products or tried items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please check your size carefully before placing an order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, tried, washed or used:

  • Panties
  • Intimate sets
  • Honeymoon collections
  • Opened undergarments
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items without tags
  • Personal-use products

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures of the product
  • Clear pictures of packaging
  • Short explanation of the issue

After review, our team will guide you about replacement or solution.

Size Exchange

Size exchange may be possible for selected items only, depending on product condition, hygiene eligibility and stock availability.

Courier charges for size exchange may be paid by the customer.

Color & Design Variation

Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography and mobile or computer screen settings.

Minor color difference will not be considered a defect.
